Step 1: Set Up Areas of Life

Areas refer to broad categories of your life or work that you want to focus on. These could include things like Health, Career, Personal Development, relationships etc. They act as overarching themes under which projects, tasks, notes, meetings, resources etc., can be organized.

Step 2: Remove Dummy Data

Begin by clearing all the pre-filled dummy data in the template:

  1. Open each tab below.
  2. Select all the entries in the table.
  3. Press "Delete" to remove the dummy data entirely.

Step 3: Setup Daily Habits


Follow the guide below to create daily habits.

Step 4: Set Up Rewards

As you complete tasks, you'll earn XP based on their priority and energy level. The more effort and importance a task requires, the more XP you gain. and For every 50 XP, you earn 1 Apple — your reward currency!
